- Each patient’s health insurance company is billed as a courtesy.
- We are a MEDICARE certified facility and accept Workers’ Compensation cases.
- We require a valid prescription written and signed by a physician.
- We prefer to work with physicians, as they are a necessary part of the treatment process. Their evaluation efforts provide valuable information, assisting our staff in initiating the proper course of action.
- Our fees for an evaluation range from $150 to $175. Each evaluation is at least an hour in length.
- Each follow-up session is $120. Patients are required to pay for their portion of treatment in full before each session begins.
